8 Week Programme

In this 8 week programme we will look at your relationship with food and how we can change it.
We will look at emotional eating; why we do it, what it does for us and what need it serves.
We will look at creating a new alternative response that doesn't mean turning to food and that is more constructive.
Each week we will work an a different aspect of your mindset around food and eating so that we can
make a permanent change in your relationship around food.
Cost - €250
- Weekly group meeting
- New material given out each week on different aspects of our mindset around food and eating.
- Personal one-to-one weekly call every Monday to set you up for the week
- Access to a private Facebook group to connect with other members of your group during and after the programme
- Follow up call after the programme
Places are limited to 10 participants per programme.
